Nutritional Counseling / Referrals

We offer nutritional counseling to supplement your training efforts and reach your desired goals. We also work locally with meal preparation services to provide easy options to help you maintain the optimum diet for your training.

Whether you are new to working out, or a fitness pro, our trainers are able to offer a wide variety of training styles and programs. Ryan has been a trainer for 10 years with a personal dedication to health and fitness since High School. Ryan loves what he does and helping others achieve their goals. Ryan spends countless hours researching the newest trends, keeping up to date on certifications and learning how to apply techniques to his clients workouts. You will not find yourself falling into a mundane boring routine with Brager Fitness.

Ryan personally holds the following certifications : Ace Certified Personal Trainer, ASFA Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified, VIPR Certified, Kettlebell Certified, Gravity Training Certified, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, ASFA Certified Speed & Agility Instructor, CPR Certification.

Pricing depends on services provided. In-Person Personal Training Sessions are priced by half hour or hour and available in Bulk Purchase. Pricing also varies for groups, couples and families. Remote training is available.
